Virginia State Wide Criminal Background Checks
These checks are authorized by using VA State Police Form SP-167 which is a
release form signed by the job applicant and notarized. Mailed to the VA State
Police the request takes about 4 to 12 weeks; however, ACE has direct access to
this database and can produce this information in 12 to 72 hours.
